    Have been looking forward to this podcast and know that this will be the first of many to come with Guy (@guystapleford_ultra) Guy is a cyclist and a runner that now has his sights set on ultra distances with the big goal of Race Across America. Yet his journey is one that has had its ups and downs with alcohol and mental health issues. But we are thankful that he is very open about these struggles and how he has found balance in his life through cycling. We talk about this past issues, training, family life and the greater goals for his future in the saddle!
