    Being proud of myself

    Walking the 7 mile bike path and walking 7 miles back in the same day I've dropped 21 lb and counting since the 12th of May and I'm going to drop 13 more and be 200 by September 1st

    Not understanding injuries if you're injured don't play don't make it worse

    Bryce Harper's been injured for a month and he continues to play and yesterday it came out that he is a tear in his shoulder but they still have him in a lineup how is this possible?
