This week, Dr. Mike whisks Danny of into the mists of time and recalls his days as Earth's first line of defense against Alien invasion! You heard correctly, Mike once was part of a crack team of first responders who were engaged in monitoring the night skies for suspicious flying objects and scouring the countryside for extraterrestrial vehicles etc. That's right! They did all these amazing things and still made sure they were home in time for tea!

Love It
I’ve never been interested enough to actively study philosophy, but I’ve always been interested enough to really get into discussions of ethics and thought problems. The problem I had was other podcasts I tried that deal with philosophy came across as highbrow and felt like I was having the speaker’s opinions being beaten into my head.
This podcast, on the other hand, just explores the origins and various aspects of philosophy in a way that makes the subject feel open and welcoming, and the hosts try very hard to pose premises and explore the different ways said premises can be interpreted based on different views rather than pushing one particular line of logic and portraying others as flawed.
In general, the atmosphere of the podcast is like sitting down and having a thoughtful conversation with my friends, which is comforting and welcoming and really draws me in.
