    Big Stick Nick is Back, Baby!

    The Phillies made another trip down to Miami, basically a house of horrors for them in recent seasons, but came away winners despite dropping Sunday’s extra inning affair. The Phils cranked out wins on Friday and Saturday to win yet another series, so let’s Ring the Bell as the Phils head back North after a winning weekend in Miami.     Who Let Bryce Get Hot?

    The Red Hot Phillies polished off a four game sweep on Monday against the Giants before Bryce Harper’s Grand Slam helped the Phillies take game one a two game set against the Blue Jays before the seven game winning streak finally came to an end on Wednesday afternoon, though the Phils did have some chances.     More Singles than Match.com

    The Phillies – amazingly – wrapped up their best opening road trip in over a decade with their second straight series win taking 2 of 3 against the Cardinals. They kept the positive momentum rolling on their return home with a 5-1 win over the visiting Pirates to get over .500 for the first time on this young season. It was a whole lot of singles... more than match.com as they seem to say around here, so Let’s Ring the Bell for a strong road trip as the Phillies face off in a battle for Pennsylvania.
