Parents are moving their children to the private sector with nearly 40% of students now educated in non-government schools. Many private schools however have fallen into the same disciplinary chaos.     Australian culture has entered a new era with the formal divorce of the Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual (LGB) community from the rest of the Rainbow Alliance. The rather touchy split has been in the pipeline for a decade with the two communities disagreeing on the most basic of realities - biological truth.
