I am excited to introduce Dr. Luissa Kiprono, DO, MBS, MBA, FACOG, as my guest. 
Luissa is the CEO and Founder of TeleMed MFM and its parent company, World Gateway Perinatal Consultants. She has been specializing in telehealth and telemedicine within the maternal-fetal medical field through her private practice since September 2022.
Luissa and I have become acquainted over the past few months through projects we have worked on together. She joins me to share the captivating story behind her current role and explain how she empowers women and adds value to healthcare.

How to avoid burnout and maintain wellness in both clinical and leadership roles is also discussed by Matt. He stresses the importance of mentors to help support those in leadership roles.  He offers valuable advice about focusing on strategic learning and skill development when considering a leadership position or move to a more complex role.
