How does Wilson come up with his mock drafts?

Hey guys love the podcast. I have been listening long enough to realize that despite being a great nfl analyst and my favorite super friend, Ryan isn’t that great of a mock draft analyst. I love draft season and am always interested in the “experts” process. I was wondering how Ryan comes up with his mocks? Everyone probably covers the same initial bases in terms of watching tape and team needs, but PFF guys have their metrics and ESPN (Mel and Todd) generally go by what they are hearing from nfl scouts and GMs to help base their mocks. Obviously, nobody is flawless at this stuff but Wilson generally seems to be further off base than the other guys. Like last year when he was all in on Dwayne Haskins over Kyler Murray. (I know that systems and culture play the biggest part in qb success, but Haskins could barely get through his first read last season.) Anyway, you guys crack me up while still keeping us well informed. Do as many mailbags as you are allowed to this off-season!

The Dark Wizard and Football

Hey Ryan...this has been bothering me for a while now, but how can you laugh at Philip Rivers final press conference as a Charger as he is clearly emotional. So...my question for you is where have you hidden the pieces of your soul you Dark Wizard? What do the super friends think, where would Ryan Wilson hide the pieces of his soul as Horcruxes?

Anyway, love the show!

Chargers fan here

Appreciate answering the question if you get to it.
What do you think of drafting an OT first round and sneaking Jacob Eason in the second round?
