The Brevity of Life

Life is short and no matter how spiritual we are, we know that we will all pass away from the earth one day. One of the greatest lessons we need to embrace is therefore the simple fact that we will die one day, and this reality should affect how we live our lives today. Today’s devotion focuses on the prayer of Moses the Man of God, from Psalm 90 verse 12.

To see the Lord لكي تري الرب

One of our greatest needs is to have eyes that see, not the things of this world, but the glory of the Lord. But this will only happen when some things are first of all removed from our view. Simple as this sounds, this process is very costly in sacrifice and pain. That’s why many people do not crossover to actually have an experiential encounter with the glory of God.

Simplicity البساطة

Simplicity is a gift and a grace. We live in an increasingly complex and fraudulent world. People are not genuine. The world is full of “airs and pretences.” Many people are not real; even we who claim to follow Christ. But the truly spiritual man is a simple man and his simplicity is born out of an intimate knowledge of God. He does nothing to impress. His only goal is to please His Master and Lord. That’s our calling and our true mission in these last days. I pray that this short exhortation will encourage your heart on this journey to greater simplicity. Amen

We Need More Joshua’s (1)

God has been opening my eyes to see Joshua in a fresh way. Moses had a glorious ministry but without Joshua, God’s purpose for His people would never have been accomplished. And my cry has now been, “Oh Lord! Raise Joshua’s who can fulfill Your destiny for Your people. Amen.” Join us as we discover afresh God’s plan for Joshua. Amen.
