Love this

Especially great as an American to kind of find out about what’s happening in TV over the pond. I had never even heard of Line of Duty. Now it’s one of my favorite shows!

The best tv podcast

The best thing about this podcast is the banter, and that all three have a diferent point of view. James is my favourite by far - I love how unapologetically nerdy he is about his shows, and his taste is the closest to mine, so I trust his opinion the most. Boyd is the voice of reason, and although Terry has the most appaling takes, never pays attention and is agressivly low-brow, she does bring a balance to the show, so that it doesn't tip over into nerdvana. Ssomeone has to speak up for reality tv and misery porn (I guess) - The show has something for everyone who loves tv - and it's wonderfully entertaining!

A weekly joy

I found this podcast through the overzealous, nay desperate plugging by James Dyer on the Empire Podcast. After a few episodes it has surpassed Empire as my favorite weekly listen (sorry Chris / Helen) if only to hear James frothing at the loins over the casting news for Dune, or Terri's exasperation at James's pompous middle-class nerdery.

There's also this Boyd guy but I'm pretty sure he's only there either as filler or providing guests when James is away or there's an upcoming live show.

Favorite segment? Banshee, for it has introduced me to many an old show I would have otherwise missed.
