Welcome to Pineapple Talks! 16 years ago, I (Cherise Davis) was introduced to the word—HOSPITALITY. It resonated with me and sounded so good to my ears! I ended up going to school to learn about it. These days, I am a college adjunct professor. Guess what my subject matter is?! Hospitality! The world of hospitality is a pretty big one. It is in fact a trillion dollar industry.
