    Monica Parkin is an award-winning international speaker, host of the ‘juggling without balls podcast’, author of the book, “Overcoming Awkward: The Introverts Guide to Networking, Marketing and Sales”, a licensed Mortgage Broker and a Speaking Coach. She has many insights into how introverts can up their networking game in addition to learning to pitch for success. Monica launched her book after attending a networking event in which she felt extreme anxiety and shyness, and did not want to be there. However, being a mortgage broker, she needed to overcome this fear in order to be successful.     Arvin Khamseh is somewhat of a global pioneer in the NFT space. He is a former media buyer and marketing director, in which he launched ads on social media with a monthly spend in excess of 500k. He has used his experience in media buying to get in early on the NFT game, and as a result, has earned his spot as one of the leaders in the NFT space. In addition, he has also helped launch 2 NFT projects, which both sold out and earned roughly $19m between them, in the first 20 hours. Arvin got in early on the NFT game and has been able to build NFT brands from zero to the top of OpenSea in a short amount of time.
