Pivot to Positivity

I listen to this podcast as I walk my dog (as I do most podcasts) but I really feel for this content being in nature gives it an extra special touch. I really enjoy this podcast because it is coming from beginners. I listen to alot of creators within the LOA space and many are so disconnected from reality and just the challenges newbies face. Like no Susan sometimes I cant just not be sad or cast doubt away and that is ok! I love the themes so far and how every episode is presented with an actionable item you can easily incorporate. This podcast is very very relatable.

Kawai and Mina are amazing hosts. Very insightful, realistic and inspiring. Their voices contribute to the overall theme of this show. Dealing with my depression, anxiety, personal traumas, my divorce and mental illnesses, I look forward to these ladies’ words of encouragement. They don’t give themselves enough credit, but their words are incredibly impactful. They often challenge me to take control of the negative self talk and voices in my head. They put a lot of the work on you, which is something I struggle with — accountability, but through them, I’m learning to be a better me for me, my friends, my 6 children and everyone else I encounter. 😍
