As parents of a child with special needs, we discovered that the traditional financial plans and legal plans often didn’t address the needs of our unique family. Encountering challenges in finding a financial planner and an attorney to work with that had the experience, expertise, or credentials in special needs, we decided to become the expert ourselves. Today, we are a team of an Attorney(licensed to practice in Massachusetts) focused on Estate Planning/Special Needs Law/Elder Law and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional/Chartered Special Needs Consultant designee/Enrolled Agent. We are required to operate under a fiduciary standard of care.
