Improve Your Cell Performance with Shoshana Chaim
In this episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast, Shoshana explains three new ways we are improving our cell performance. Our family and our clients are getting amazing results using these FOOD-BASED drink packets to increase energy (or replace coffee), stimulate the mind, focus, and memory as well as regulate mood. The Energy served Shoshana well when she gave up coffee, the Mind is a great afternoon pick-me-up and amazing for jet lag and the Mood helps us sleep deeper and feel overall less stressed. We can go on and on with testimonial texts we get from clients. Overall, people who are scared of how energy drinks will affect their bodies are having no jittery side effects or headaches, and even children with cognitive or behavioral issues are feeling better and communicating better with these products. We’re happy to hop on the phone with you to make sure they are right for you. So email us at for a free consult or click on the link in the show notes for purchase information. We love bringing you clean, food-based products we trust to help improve your quality of life. In this episode we discuss: Cell Performance Redox potential Mind and Focus Mood Energy How it’s helping
The Power of Redox with Brianna Silvio
In this episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast, I talk with Brianna Silvio, plant-based fitness and nutrition expert about her redox experience working with Shoshana. That’s right, often even the best educated people in their own industry need coaches. Tony Robbins didn’t get to where he is without mentors, that’s for sure. Brianna shares how the redox line took her health to another level and surprised her in many ways despite her already healthy lifestyle. You’ll love what you hear. Brianna Silvio is a mama to two babies, a math teacher with a Masters Degree in Math Education, and a beauty and wellness business owner. For the last 15 years, she has been honored to own her own fitness business. She began fitness instruction in college by total accident, that accident became a hobby which then became her passion. If you are interested in hearing more, please send an email to and Shoshana will be in touch. In this episode we discuss: How you found the REDOX supplements What changed for her How it impacted her life Why she knows it’s not always fitness and nutrition alone
Creating Healthy Schools with Adam and Shoshana Chaim
In this episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast, we talk about ways to create healthier more sustainable schools and give great tips on making school lunches. As you can imagine, Shoshana makes sure to have a voice in the decisions that are being made in their children’s school. Everything from nutrition, fitness, mindfulness, and waste is important to us in our family, and we want our children having those values carried over into their school experiences from themselves and their friends. The tricky part is how to institute change without getting pushback before you even open the door; something she has done somewhat elegantly. Hopefully, by the end of this episode, Adam feels like he understands why Shoshana spends this time at the school instead of with the family. Please share this episode with any value-driven parents who want to see a change in their children’s schools. In this episode we discuss: Schools committees Why make the commitment What vocabulary to use Make a list How to approach topics Full inclusion School lunches Buying junk and fundraisers Special events The environment Charities
