A moment of gratitude....

This is in my top five favorite podcasts. I love to save a bunch of episodes and listen to them on a weekend afternoon while cooking my plant-based meals for the week. Shoshana and Adam are really great hosts, work really hard to bring interesting topics to light, and they have fantastic guests. They are a great resource for anyone making the change to a plant-based lifestyle. This podcast has been so informative for me and I have learned so much from it and my moment of gratitude is to say " thank you plant trainers for helping me to become a healthier more plantiful person. I am grateful!"
