Great intro to a deeper way of looking at the land

I really appreciate the perspective on people’s relationship with land, and how we might be able to re-construct a more mutually beneficial relationship in the places where we live. The topics covered are pretty deep, but I think it’s a great introduction. Encountering these ideas definitely changed my life.

Connection

Jeff makes crucial connections that are rarely made— the culture in which we live is sustaining the environmental harm that we are trying to undo. Unless we change our culture, we cannot set on a path to living in harmony with nature.

The most important thing to listen to right now

Just give it a try. Within the first 5 minutes you’ll be stepping back and thinking about culture in a deep way. Jeff dives right into it and articulates these topics with such clarity. His delivery, well-thought out and researched ideas, and even his voice are all on par with an NPR podcast.
