    We're diving into another psychological and mental health topic this week! A limiting belief is a state of mind or conviction that you think to be true that limits you in some way. We break down what limiting beliefs we have struggled with and how they have affected our lives and mental health. We explore the new beliefs we’ve adopted and our advice for combating your own limiting beliefs, as well as how to deal with having a different definition of success than your friends or family.     Fitness, Dieting, & Body Image

    We’re discussing our history with exercise and dieting. Starting with our experiences in gym class and organized sports, we talk through where and when we were introduced to the concept of fitness and what being healthy meant and looked like. Looking at how our relationships with our bodies and confidence have changed throughout our lives, we discuss what habits and routines worked and which didn’t. We also explore the body positivity movement, including the concept of body neutrality, and try to find the best approach for both of us.
