We are back from vacation and both well rested and ready to get back to recording. In this episode we discuss the rumors, confirmed by a few journalists, that Horizon Forbidden West is delayed til 2022. What does this mean? Is it true if it’s not confirmed by Sony?

It’s official for Sony – PS5 has sold 10 million units. Big news for Sony, but why does it seem like it’s such a scarce resource? Will it eventually hit 100 million units?

Finally, we break down this interview GamesIndustry.biz had with Shawn Layden. So much to unpack from this interview and we break it all down.

Episode 32 – Nintendo Switch OLED / SteamDeck / Reviewing Games On Easy

Episode 32 is out and while it’s a fairly slow PlayStation news week, that doesn’t mean the rest of the game industry is sleeping. As always, we review three different topics and look at it through the lens of PlayStation and more importantly, gamers.

Nintendo has announced the Nintendo Switch OLED, the successor to the Nintendo Switch. Is it all it’s cracked up to be? Should you upgrade?

Steam has also announced a new entry into the handheld market, the SteamDeck. Is it a gaming computer? Is it a handheld? We break it down.

Lastly, we talk about a Twitter kerfuffle happening where some game journalists review games on easy and won’t review it on hard. Do you care about this? Does it matter and how much power do gaming journalists have in the face of new media personalities?

Sony Heads this is the podcast for you

Great dynamic between Micah and Joe as they walk though all new things PlayStation. They usually open the podcast with some banter then get into the heavy hitting PlayStation gaming topic such as new releases and things happening with the game development studios.
