PLEASE EXCUSE MY OCD

PLEASE EXCUSE MY OCD

OCD is so much more than what most people think. It’s not about being tidy or particular. It’s relentless, exhausting, and often invisible to the outside world. Please Excuse My OCD is a space where we can have real, honest conversations about what it actually means to live with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I created this podcast because I know what it’s like to feel misunderstood, to battle intrusive thoughts, and to question everything. For years, OCD took so much from me; it made me doubt myself, stole time from my life, and left me feeling isolated. Through therapy, self-work, and connection with others who truly get it, I found my way forward. My goal is to bring community, validation, and education to those who need it most; whether you have OCD yourself, love someone who does, or simply want to learn more. Through personal stories, expert insights, and open dialogue, we're here to remind you: you are not alone, you are not broken, and you are SEEN!
