Supporting Optimal Care

Wow! What a great listen about how to approach and work alongside folks. The Harm a reduction program at Norton Hospital with Matt and his team have added great value to those that we serve and those that care for these folks.

Keep going

I really enjoyed this first episode, please keep going with this podcast. I am slated to begin work with Norton in June after graduation in March. I am an older student and you really hit the nail on the head with all of the issues that students have faced over this past year. This episode made me even more excited about working for Norton. I am looking forward to gaining insight through the Institute for Nursing and working toward finding my place and best self through my nursing journey.
Thank you to Kim Tharp-Barrie for such an inspiring interview.
