Its awesome to see some guys podcasting a podcast for the podcasters that podcast for listeners that don’t podcast. Really awesome to see the circle of podcast and truly learn the ins and outs of a podcast from a lister and podcasters prospective

Agreeableness is probably the most important when having someone as a guest. Bringing on new ideas that challenge your own and having a healthy conversation is great for yourself as well as the audience. No one wants to hear the same side all the time that’s not how you grow as a person. Good podcast keep killing it!
