Podventure Time

I love Adventure Time but it is such a weird show to get other people into. As somebody who has a really hard time getting others into his weird shows, the premise of Pat getting Ben into the show definitely appeals to me. It has been fun watching Ben's opinion on the show change throughout. I initially wasn't on board with Ben's dream metaverse theory but now I'm totally in on it and it's a great take on the Land of Ooo and all the weird happenings going on there.

Ben and Pat have great chemistry, and their discussions always lean into the philosophical side of things. Podventure Time has given me a chance to develop strongly held opinions about a thing I have never seen, and I will fight someone to the death over the communist underpinnings of a cartoon. If over-analyzing things in any way is a good time for you, I would recommend.

Pat and Ben let us listen in on their conversations about the cartoon show. Unlike some podcasters who think talking over each other and laughing uproariously at their own jokes, these are guys you would want to be to the room with. Very interesting takes on Adventure Time and on life.

I love this podcast!!! It is so refreshing to hear from a long term fan trying not to drop spoilers to a new viewer! Can’t wait until they get to the later seasons
