    NOPE GET UP RIGHT NOW and KEEP GOING!!!

    I don't know which King or Queen I'm talking to that needs to hear this but you BETTER GET UP RIGHT NOW and STOP BEATING YOURSELF UP!!!. Yes, you are facing some challenges and yes it gets harder than you can handle sometimes but guess what you're handling it. Your strength is IMMACULATE! Your Strength is IMMEASUABLE! You better not let nothing STOP you or DEFEAT you. Yes, the challenges can sometimes be more difficult than what you are used to but understand if it doesn't make you UNCOMFORTABLE; you're NOT GROWING, and you will always be at a STANDSTILL and love we're not having that!!!! We have come way too far and fought too hard to make it to where we are; so, (I'm SINGING) It's no stopping us now, because we're on the move! I'M proud of you and I want you to keep going. I know you're tired and asking when, when does it get better but the answer to your question is NOT GIVING UP! The answer to your question is NOT SELF SABOTAGING! The answer to your question is NOT SPEAKING OR THINKING NEGATIVELY TO YOURSELF; you know those what if, I can't do this and that, I'm not this or that; I'm not strong enough for this, what will people think of me NEGATIVE SELF TALK! Yeah that nonsense you tell yourself when it feels like the weight of the world is on your shoulder and everything is about to come tumbling down on you; WELL, IT'S NOT, SO KEEP PUSHING! I know you haven't been feeling okay lately , but guess what i also know tou get up everyday even on those days you don't want to and you REFUSE TO QUIT, so let's continue to stay strong and keep it going. I'M HERE FOR YOU. I HOPE YOU FEEL MY ENERGY BECAUSE I'M IN THIS WITH YOU WHOLEHEARTEDLY! SENDING YOU PEACE LOVE, LIGHT AND UPLIFTING COVERING PRAYERS.

    It's Okay To STEP AWAY and Have A Moment

    Yall ever had one of those days that was just too much and you had to STEP AWAY from everything and just have a moment? One of those moments where you just needed to have a WORD with God and yourself! Well let me just remind you that it's okay to STEP AWAY whenever you feel too overwhelmed with life and the challenges you are facing. STEP AWAY and have that moment with yourself and God; it's needed.
