During the grieving process you can also use the time your are given to continue showing the person love and sharing amazing memories. Being present during the last few moments of being with a loved one is important. Do not rob yourself of the opportunity to be present, share love, and express your heart. So give yourself permission to cry, laugh, and be honest. Give yourself permission to experience grief, it’s only a sign of the love you have for someone.
