    Key issues focus on follow-up after a TeamBuild, keeping the conversation alive. Reflective questions to ask in follow-up emails: -  How have you reflected on your GB reports? - What have you seen or experienced that aligns with your GB reports? - How has your view of other team members and your interaction with them been impacted  by what you learned from your GB reports? - How have your seen God working in others and how have you affirmed them in their gifts, strengths, and relationships?     The Challenges of moving from I to We (GB Coaches Cafe 2023 8 2)

    We live in a very “I” centered world.  How can we make the transformation from I to We a reality?  How do we get people out of the pews to fully embrace, engage, and understand God’s unique design on their life and their contribution to the body of Christ?   “This is about empowering people to understand their unique fit within the body of Christ so that we can live in that perfect unity that Jesus talks about in John 17, and so that we can expand the body of Christ.”    Veteran and new GB coaches share some of the lessons they have learned in the process of helping teams on their journey from I to We.    By the way, did you know that we now have GRIP available in Spanish, Canadian French,  Russian, and Chinese (Simple and Traditional)?
