Episode 13- Birth

In this episode of Postnatal Minds, I'm joined by my friend,mum of two and Physiotherapist Michaela. We met within our NCT group almost 5 years ago. Join us as we discuss our personal experiences withchildbirth, focusing particularly on the impact of COVID-19 on birth choices, the importance of support networks, and the challenges faced during labour and postpartum recovery. Michaela shares her journey through her first birth experience, the decision-making process during labour, and the mental health challenges that arose. We also reflect on the transition to a second pregnancy and the preparations made for our planned C-sections.
