    What Are You Placing Your Worth In?

    Society has a way of making people feel like they are only worth the amount of work they put in. Because of this, when people feel like they’re not doing enough, it can cause some to lose their self-esteem. I feel like this issue needs to be talked about because, especially in college, you start to see constant LinkedIn posts, which stir up questions like, "Am I doing enough?" You start thinking, "My peers are doing and posting this; I feel less than them because I'm not." This episode discusses the dangers of feeling that way, why you shouldn’t place your worth in the amount of work you put in, how to prevent that feeling by taking time to “smell the roses,” and more.
