Easy to Understand with Real Action Steps!

I used to work with a Bonner Program and now work for a federal youth job training program. In both roles, this podcast has been an excellent reminder of why I do the work I do and how to stay mindful. The episode’s are short and easy to digest while also sprinkling in some great action steps to bring the theory into practice. I even have a couple quotes from this podcast taped up in my office, that’s how impactful it can be!
