This podcast has made plant based living easy!

Jarod and Anita provide a wealth of knowledge for plant based living. I’ve learned so much by listening to their podcasts! They’ve made switching to a plant based lifestyle easy and fun. I’ve learned how to prepare meals for dining at home and on-the-go without feeling overwhelmed! I highly recommend this podcast to everyone.

Love this podcast Lots information and resources. Wonderful insights and a wide range of topics. Lots of fantastic ideas for making meals taste great!
Not only that, Jarrod and Anita very accessible unlike other famous podcasters and YouTubers in the plant based community.
You can actually join their free community ask them questions directly and they will respond.
No matter where your at on your plant based journey you will find lots of support from Jarrod, Anita and others in the community that are on the same path.
Best of all they bring a unique Biblical aspect to plant based eating and leave out all the politics that you hear on some podcasts.

Life Changing Advice and Support

I wanted off my meds and knew I had to do something to change my health. I decided to go vegan and not knowing much decided to look around at podcasts. I tried a few and thank goodness I landed on this one. It’s the only one I’ve stuck with. Jarrod and Anita tell their own story, share their knowledge, and truly support everyone. I have learned so much from their podcasts and they’ve pointed me in so many directions to help-different movies, different books, different cooking styles- they are a whole food plant-based wealth of information. My health has improved immensely, and I haven’t looked back. Having their support and knowledge is amazing and their podcasts are invaluable.
