What You Seek is Already Who You ARE - Determining the Voice for Love vs. the Voice of Ego.

What You Seek is Already Who You ARE - Determining the Voice for Love vs. the Voice of Ego.

I posted on IG a quote and an image that says: What you're seeking is already who you are. You only need allow it to guide you. The key to knowing this Self, is Self-awareness.
I discuss how to know the voice for LOVE vs. the voice of the EGO.
    Here's how you distinguish them:
Distinguishing between the voice of the ego and the voice of love involves recognizing the underlying qualities and intentions of each:
Tone and Quality: The ego's voice often manifests as critical, fearful, or judgmental. It tends to be louder, more insistent, or anxious. In contrast, the voice of love is compassionate, understanding, and peaceful. It's usually gentle, reassuring, and nurturing.
Focus: Ego-driven thoughts are typically self-centered, focusing on winning, being right, or asserting dominance. They often involve comparison, competition, or a sense of lack. On the other hand, the voice of love emphasizes connection, unity, and empathy. It's inclusive and considers the well-being of both self and others.
Time Orientation: The ego is often preoccupied with past grievances or future worries. It might dwell on past mistakes or fret about what might happen. The voice of love, however, tends to bring your attention to the present, encouraging mindfulness and appreciation of the now.
Feelings Evoked: Ego can evoke feelings of anxiety, envy, anger, or inadequacy. It often leads to a sense of unrest or dissatisfaction. In contrast, the voice of love brings a sense of calm, acceptance, and contentment. It promotes feelings of gratitude and joy.
Outcome: The ego seeks immediate gratification and often prompts reactive, short-term solutions. Decisions based on ego might bring quick results but not long-lasting satisfaction or harmony. Decisions influenced by the voice of love are usually more thoughtful, considerate, and lead to long-term well-being and fulfillment.
Body Sensations: Tuning into your body can provide clues. Ego-driven thoughts might create tension, a feeling of heaviness, or discomfort in the body. In contrast, love-based thoughts often align with a sense of lightness, ease, or warmth in the body.
Then, I go into some powerful self-questions to ask yourself when you are in the space of self-awareness:
What Would I Choose if I Knew I Couldn't Fail? This question encourages you to step away from fear-based thinking, typical of the ego, and into a space of pure potential and love. It invites you to consider possibilities from a place of love, support, and infinite capability.
How Would I Respond to a Loved One in This Situation? Often, the ego is self-critical while love is nurturing and understanding. By imagining how you'd advise or comfort a loved one in a similar situation, you can tap into a more compassionate, empathetic perspective.
What Am I Grateful for in This Moment? Gratitude is a powerful expression of love that shifts focus away from the ego's preoccupations with lack or dissatisfaction. This question helps anchor you in the present and opens your heart to love's abundance and positivity.
What Feelings Arise When I Think About Letting Go of This Belief or Action? The ego often clings to beliefs and actions out of fear, while love releases them with ease. Reflecting on the emotional impact of letting go can highlight whether you're operating from ego or love.
In What Ways Am I Similar to the Person I'm in Conflict With? This question is aimed at cultivating empathy and understanding, qualities of love. Recognizing shared human experiences or emotions can diminish the ego's 'us versus them' mentality and foster a more loving, unified approach.
I also talk about narcissists and gaslighting and how to know that too. As always, you can follow me here or on IG @vibologie and my website is vibologie.com to come to any experiences.

End the Binge! How I Freed Myself From My Eating Disorder.

End the Binge! How I Freed Myself From My Eating Disorder.

Well, it only took my whole life up to now to heal from it. It involved a LOT of work, and this podcast is by no means meant to replace your therapist or doctor, but to add to what you may already be doing to heal yourself.
    It's not easy work.
    1. You can't sing with your mouth full. Sound it out instead of eat.
    2. Gentle Eating.
    3. Give it to our mama Earth to transmute and heal for you.
My love goes to each and every one of you struggling and battling food. This is what helped me be FREE from it, and I never thought I'd be able to say that.

What’s the Difference Between Feelings & Emotions? Mastery & Initiation with The Hathors.

What’s the Difference Between Feelings & Emotions? Mastery & Initiation with The Hathors.

In this episide I dive deep into this questions I've been asking, as I do the deeper embodiment work: What's the difference between feelings and emotions? Here's what The Hathors have to say about it!
I tie this into The Way of Mastery, which instructs us that our very life is the perfect path to our own awakening, and that every moment is a moment of initiation. As usual I looked up the etymology: from initium "a beginning". Cultivating self-awareness gets us here now, in the present moment, where a new beginning is constantly forming.
I also do a deeper dive into the work of Dr. Candace Pert who discovered that whole body is the unconscious mind. I end this with a lovely #soundbath to bring into the body the feelings of LOVE, Acceptance and Appreciation to reprogram and re-pattern the stories and beliefs and thoughts we are telling ourselves about ourselves and our feelings.
I hope it helps you in your own initiation and awakening process. Follow me in Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/vibologie Get a free meditation here: https://www.vibologie.com Buy my book on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/PRACTICAL-SPIR...

How We Choose Our Experience Through Our Consciousness

How We Choose Our Experience Through Our Consciousness

In this episode, I dive deep via lesson ONE in the Way of Mastery, where it states that everything we experience is the effect of where we have chosen to place the focus of the attention of our consciousness - which is always in a state of pure creation.
Reading this confirmed for me that The Field IS consciousness and it aligns to us according to where WE place our attention! We DO get to choose what vibration of consciousness animates the body experience.
