  1. A Guided Walk With Jesus On The Road To Emmaus

    APR 18

A Guided Walk With Jesus On The Road To Emmaus

You can be faithful and still be frantically rushed. We know that feeling, and it’s exactly why we slow the whole room down with a guided Christian meditation on the Road to Emmaus (Luke 24). We start with the body because hurry lives there first: feet grounded, breath steady, tension released. Then we walk the road in our imagination and let Jesus ask the question that cuts through noise: “What are you discussing?” No fixing. No striving. Just his calm presence beside us. From the road we move to the table, to bread broken, and to that quiet moment when “their eyes were opened.” We talk about what gets revealed when we stop pushing and striving for outcomes and instead practice presence. Several members of the community share what we notice in real time: a sense of peace, warmth, clarity, and sometimes a simple, subtle shift that still changes everything. If you’ve been craving spiritual formation that feels both biblical and honest about modern pressure, this is for you. We also get practical about “being and doing” and how the saboteurs (Hyper -Achiever, Controller, Stickler) turn life with God into performance. We connect identity to Scripture, returning to the core truth that we are the beloved, and we explore Positive Intelligence PQ reps as tiny pauses that help rewire autopilot and create space to listen. We close with one-word takeaways and a question you can carry into your week: Where might Christ be walking with you right now?  Subscribe, share this with a friend who’s been running on empty, and leave a review so more people can find this conversation. 2. Walking with Christ on the Road Contemplation

    APR 2

Walking with Christ on the Road Contemplation

You can walk for miles with a heavy heart and still miss the fact that you’re accompanied. We guide a short, quiet contemplation rooted in Luke 24 and the Road to Emmaus, slowing everything down until your body settles and your attention returns. From there, we step onto the Emmaus Road in imagination and notice what we’re carrying right now: disappointments, hopes, fears, and the inner conversations that never quite stop. Then Jesus draws near without correcting or rushing, and he asks the question that cuts through noise: “What are you discussing as you walk along?” We sit with that prompt long enough to answer honestly, without filtering, and to experience prayer as being listened to rather than evaluated. The scene shifts to the table where bread is taken, blessed, broken, and shared. We watch for what opens inside us not through striving, but through presence: warmth, clarity, peace, or even a small quiet shift that signals we’re not alone. When you finish, you’ll leave with one practical question to carry into your day: Where might Christ already be walking with you, and what have you not recognized? If this contemplation helped you, subscribe, share it with a friend who needs steadiness, and leave a review so more listeners can find it. Good Friday Reminder: Living Loved

Good Friday has a way of cutting through the noise, and that’s exactly what this message is meant to do. After sitting with it for weeks, we finally release what’s been on our hearts for our PQ for Christians community: you are God’s Beloved, and your identity is not something you earn through performance, productivity, or pain. We want these words to go in deep and reshape how you see yourself when you’re tired, afraid, striving, or stuck. We read Paul’s prayer from Ephesians 1, tracing the gospel’s language of blessing, adoption, redemption, forgiveness, and lavish grace. Then we pray what Paul prayed: that God would give you wisdom and revelation, that the eyes of your heart would be enlightened, and that you would know hope, inheritance, and the power available to those who believe. If you’ve been craving a clearer, steadier Christian identity and a more grounded inner life, this is a place to breathe and remember what’s true. From there, we share our Belovedness Manifesto, a practical declaration for Christian coaching, leadership, and spiritual formation. We talk about presence and sacred community, blessing others as we’ve been blessed, becoming bearers of belovedness, and learning to hold the thin line tension between the already and the becoming. We close by anchoring everything in the unchanging love of God, the love that casts out fear.  If this strengthens you, subscribe, share it with someone who needs to hear it, and leave a review with the line that hit you most. 4. Living Loved: Inviting God into Accept or Convert

    MAR 9

Living Loved: Inviting God into Accept or Convert

In our March PQ for Christians gathering, we continued the conversation that began in February around the Positive Intelligence (PQ) tool of Accept or Convert. But this time we asked a deeper and more sacred question: How do we invite God into the Accept or Convert process? What began as a coaching conversation quickly became a spiritual encounter. Together, we explored how prayer, pause, and discernment open the door for the Holy Spirit to guide our decisions, release offenses, and transform our responses to life’s challenges. Drawing from the biblical example of David inquiring of the Lord and Christ’s prayer of surrender in the Garden of Gethsemane, the community reflected on how true acceptance and conversion are not merely mental strategies, but acts of trust rooted in God’s presence and love. Participants shared personal stories of navigating uncertainty, learning to distinguish between saboteur-driven reactions and Spirit-led guidance, and discovering the peace that comes when our decisions align with God’s will. Through Scripture, prayer, and contemplative reflection—including a river meditation, the group practiced releasing burdens and allowing God’s presence to carry what we cannot. In this powerful conversation, we explored: How to invite God into the Accept or Convert processThe difference between saboteur reactions and Holy Spirit discernmentWhy pausing in prayer creates space for clarity and peaceHow Christ’s example of kenosis (self-emptying) models surrender and trustThe role of community, prayer, and contemplative practice in spiritual growthThis episode is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and allow God to guide the moments where we must choose whether to accept what is or convert toward something new. 5. Living Loved: Accept, Convert, and the Journey of Trust

    FEB 9

Living Loved: Accept, Convert, and the Journey of Trust

In our February PQ for Christians gathering, we continued moving deeper into our 2026 theme, Living Loved, by exploring the spiritual rhythm of Accept or Convert through the lens of faith, Positive Intelligence (PQ), and the ancient spiritual practice of watchfulness (Nepsis). Together, we reflected on a simple but transformative question: What might God be inviting us to accept or convert? This conversation became a sacred space for honest reflection on personal growth, identity, courage, and surrender. Participants shared stories of stepping into new seasons, learning to accept life transitions, setting healthy boundaries, and trusting God more deeply in both their personal lives and professional callings. From navigating fear about sharing faith publicly to embracing change as part of divine timing, the discussion revealed how belovedness becomes real when we stop striving and begin trusting. We also explored how PQ serves as a tool for spiritual formation—helping us notice the movements within our hearts so we can respond from belovedness rather than fear. The group reflected on the shift from fighting saboteur patterns to gently releasing their power by remembering who we are in God. The invitation to “convert” was reframed not as pressure to change, but as a call to return to God’s presence—becoming open vessels ready to be filled with peace, clarity, and purpose. As our community continues to move through the sacred rhythm of What Is, What If, The Thin Line Tension, Accept or Convert, this conversation offers a gentle reminder: transformation begins not with striving, but with noticing—and allowing love to lead. Rooted in Scripture, contemplative reflection, and community wisdom, this episode provides insights and wisdom to Live Loved.  Download it now Send us a message If you are a PQ Coach and a member of the community, please take a moment to complete the survey. 6. Claiming Belovedness: Rest, Presence, and the Gift of Love

Claiming Belovedness: Rest, Presence, and the Gift of Love

As we enter 2026, our host, Donald E Coleman, and the PQ for Christians community gathered to reflect on what it means to live from our Belovedness rather than striving to earn our worth. In this first group meeting of 2026, we explored the thin line tension between our desires and destinations, and began orienting ourselves around the sacred rhythm of divine love, rest, and intentional presence. In a powerful contemplative session, community member Jackie led us in a mindfulness practice using touch and visualization—inviting us to imagine our lives as land, nourished by God’s life-giving water. This practice became a gateway to healing, clarity, and a deeper understanding of the love we are called to receive and extend in 2026. Through shared stories, we wrestled with common saboteurs like the Hyper-Achiever and Controller, and reflected on how Positive Intelligence (PQ) helps us shift from performance-based living to resting in our true identity. From reflections on job transitions to spiritual awakening, from saboteur awareness to surrender, this episode explores: How divine love is a gift—not a rewardWhy rest is essential to transformation and presenceHow PQ and contemplative practices help us meet unmet needs with compassion What it means to live in Kairos time, not Chronos timeHow the Live Loved Sandbox initiative (launching in February) creates a safe space for small group reflection, prayer, and presenceThis conversation sets the tone for the year ahead, calling us to live loved and to cultivate spiritual resilience in a world that prizes performance over presence. 7. The Thin Line Tension and the Gift of Incarnation: A Sacred Exchange of Gifts and Growth

    12/08/2025

The Thin Line Tension and the Gift of Incarnation: A Sacred Exchange of Gifts and Growth

In this powerful December gathering of the PQ for Christians Global Community, we continued our spiritual journey through the Thin Line Tension of What Is and What If, now reframed through the divine mystery of the Gift of Incarnation. As the Advent season invited us into deeper reflection, our members shared the life-giving gifts they received in 2025—personally, in their coaching practices, and within their relationships. But this was no ordinary discussion. Guided by Ecclesiastes 3:1-8, 10-11, and grounded in sacred silence, each participant not only named their gift but blessed another member with it—forming a beautiful chain of holy exchange that reflected the spirit of Christ’s incarnation: love made visible, hope embodied, and transformation offered. From stories of chronic pain becoming a sacred purpose, to breakthroughs in coaching relationships, from career transitions to divine timing, from discovering one’s voice to embodying hope in job loss—this episode captures the essence of spiritual transformation through the lens of mental fitness, community, and Christ-centered love. This conversation includes: 🦋 Living the Butterfly Metaphor – the cocoon of transformation between What Is and What If🌱 Coaching as Soil for Deep Roots and Breakthroughs💔 Letting Go and Listening to God's Timing💬 Finding One’s Voice, and the Courage to Speak It🙌 Hope as a Guiding Gift in Transitions and Trials🎁 A Community of Blessing and BelovednessWe concluded with a profound reminder from Jeremiah 29 and the introduction of the Isaac Principle: that the gifts and promises we receive must be offered back to God in love and trust, so that they may be multiplied through us. This sacred episode is a call to recognize your own gift, bless others with it, and embrace the transformational power of God’s presence in your What Is—even as you hold space for the divine possibilities of What If. 8. Exploring the Thin Line Tension

    11/06/2025

    Exploring the Thin Line Tension

In this month’s PQ for Christians group gathering, we entered sacred space together to explore the “Thin Line Tension” between What Is and What If—a transformative zone where the known meets the possible, and where God often does His deepest work. Guided by stories, reflections, and spiritual insights, we saw how this tension is not something to be avoided but embraced as a portal for divine transformation. Through the rich metaphor of the butterfly’s metamorphosis, Alexa invited us to reflect on our own cocoon moments—those sacred seasons of spiritual discomfort where our True Self is being revealed. Members shared candidly about how PQ (Positive Intelligence) is more than mental fitness; it's a mirror that reveals hidden patterns and opens us to God's grace at work within us. We saw how the Holy Spirit uses real-life relationships, spiritual seasons, and saboteurs to guide us from striving into surrender. Together, we asked: How might God be inviting you into the Thin Line Tension: Between What Is and What If? This powerful question formed the foundation of our reflection, reminding us that this liminal space is not a detour—it’s the very path of transformation. Tune in to discover how the cocoon becomes a sanctuary of becoming, how gratitude can rise even in hardship, and how spiritual identity forms in the silent tension between today’s reality and tomorrow’s renewal. 👉 Listen now and share with others who are navigating their own journey in the thin line tension Send us a message If you are a PQ Coach and a member of the community, please take a moment to complete the survey.
