Good Orderly Direction can be used to help people remember to use their energy in a way that continues to move toward a rich and meaningful life of #abundance. While I personally believe in God, I also believe that the #bible can be an excellent tool to help anyone be happier and healthier. In addition to life lessons about health like the importance of proper hygiene, infection control, food storage, and use of herbs and plants for healing (frankincense, myrrh, honey,) the bible also contains many practical tips for improving mental wellbeing including #cognitivebehavioraltherapy tools like radical acceptance, balancing #dialectics , respect, hardiness, patience, forgiveness, setting and maintaining healthy #boundaries and compassion.
