Agree with good content but poor sound

I enjoy listening to this podcast, but haven’t recently because of the erratic sound quality. It seems to go in and out, low volume, and there’s a repetitive sound on some episodes. I hope they can clear this up.

Good content poor sound quality

How do you make the metronome sound stop? It’s overpowering the rest of the audio
