    Ep. 24: Feeling Depressed During Mercury Retrograde & Tarot Reading for Clarity

    Hello to another Mercury retrograde! Are you feeling it? Cuz we are! We have been feeling some serious heaviness lately and the depression emotions are real. We share how we’re feeling physically, mentally, and emotionally during this turbulent time of release and shedding of old layers. We often forget this heaviness and depressive state is purposeful. It’s important for us to share these low moments because it is very much a part of the journey and just as valuable if not more. We pull tarot cards to gain a little clarity surrounding these emotions where we find messages regarding our power, creativity and limiting beliefs.     Ep. 23: Receiving and Celebrating Manifestations

    Have you checked in with your manifestations lately? Like paused to see what you’ve attracted into your life? The better question is: Have you expressed gratitude and celebrated the manifestations you’ve received? This episode we talk about how we haven’t really heard anyone else share about this important piece of the spiritual journey and manifestation practice. We’re always looking for the next thing and forget to take pause and celebrate how far we’ve come. This moment of deep appreciation for the work you’ve done and how far you’ve come becomes the fuel to keep manifesting. We reflect on our recent manifestations and revel in the magic and power that is creating our own reality. You have done the work and things have changed. We have to just stop and realize it. You know, like the Ferris Bueller quote, “Life moves pretty fast.     Ep. 22: Existence & Resistance: Shadow Work, Mercury Retrograde, Intuitive Channeling

    Existence is resistance. So much of our time in life is spent holding on to what no longer serves us! LET GO! It is time to let go. Easier said than done, of course, but we have each other, our spirit guides and angels, shadow work, and most importantly, ourselves to make it happen.  This episode we talk through some resistance we have been feeling as we enter another Mercury retrograde. We share our resistance in having tough conversations with family, diving into uncomfortable emotions in shadow work, and channeling our spirit guides. One of us attended a group healing session focusing on healing resistance to receiving. In the midst of this resistance, we get some much needed comic relief and wisdom while channeling messages from Spirit.  While healing our resistance isn’t instantaneous, it doesn’t have to take forever. You have two choices: you can let go and move into your new story or you can keep resisting and living out your old story.     Ep. 21: Our Shadow Work Experiences

    Content Warning: Childhood Sexual Abuse Last episode, we started our discussion on shadow work and talked about it as a cornerstone practice within the spiritual journey. There is so much to unpack around this topic! So, this episode we take a deeper dive into our personal shadow work experiences. We share some of our own shadows that we’re currently working through and how shadow work presents itself in unexpected ways in our lives. We discuss a common shadow of feeling less than/ not good enough; the story being that our voices and presence aren’t as important, so why put ourselves out there. We also unpack a shadow work bomb dropped on one of us after watching the 1986 movie Labyrinth! We often tell ourselves the same story based in limiting beliefs which perpetuates our same reality. Shadow work helps us rewrite that story to align with our higher self and write a new story that creates the reality we’ve always wanted. What stories have you been telling yourself lately?     Ep. 20: Introduction to Shadow Work

An important component to this equation of self work and manifestation is Shadow Work!  This foundational practice boosts your spiritual journey to a new level of self discovery, self love, and self acceptance.     Ep. 19: Taking Aligned Action After Taking Inventory

    So you took inventory? You have some brief or specific things about your life that are working and not working, how you’re feeling mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Now what? Well, we need to take action! Or take *aligned* action as it’s sometimes called. After all, we want to make progress in an intentional way. This is a practice we are still figuring out! We help each other land on some actionable steps and discuss how accountability is a major piece of the puzzle. Alright, it’s time to get to work!     Ep. 18: Taking Inventory & Facing Limiting Beliefs

    Have you checked in with yourself lately? Like, really checked in?  This episode we “take inventory” of our past week and share what that process looks and feels like for us. It’s such a vital practice to move you more gracefully through your spiritual journey. It can be as simple or grandiose as you want! Whatever feels good to you, just make sure to pop in and ask yourself what’s working, what’s not working, and what can foster progress.  In taking our own inventory in this episode, we reflect on some jarring situations from the past week that brought up some strong emotions and limiting beliefs.     After a couple weeks of spiritual confusion we are finally feeling a little clarity. It’s time to give credit where credit is due! And that’s thanks to our spirit guides. This episode we discuss our most recent experiences with our spirit guides.
