This episode touches on how we should start practicing kindness more, what kindness looks like and how even if you just start being kinder to yourself we can take the healing process to new heights, start small and keep a track list of all the mind acts you accomplish. Do it for yourself not because you were told to. Be moved enough because you feel called to do it. Again peace and blessings and may kindness be with you.

“Practice Mastery”

This episode discusses why it is so important to practice mastering your craft, habits, emotions, and impulses. Fear and doubt can slip in around naysayers, there are time where you can be discouraged around people you think are better than you. Being in positions of power can test just how much you have mastered your inner knowning, your ability to make solid judgment, and influence people. Those that master their craft are the ones that gain the opportunity to be influential over others. This one is especially relatable to any artists out there, music is an extremely powerful tool and I personally recommend that the artist know not only themselves but the type of people they wish to influence as they continue along their journey whether your a beginner just starting, be prepared or you already have experience this episode will be a great reminder. Loving your purpose requires you to first know what your purpose is. Your purpose plays a big part in who you are as a person. I’m not saying stop loving people, I’m saying understand, study, and acknowledge how powerful the word is, then apply it to self love, master your love language, then equip that to your purpose and finally go out and give the new and improved you to those you deem worthy of this word “love” this will start the journey of instinctive communication where you don’t have to go through so many trials and errors, your mind will stop playing tricks on you when you practice living out your purpose, get serious about this, love is powerful, I hope you can take away some insight with this episode, and may kindness be with you, enjoy.

Remember we are practicing kindness, that meaning however can only truly be defined by you. My practice is to share these ideas, share these views to better assist those working on their voice, working on building better habits. “I’m Fine Community”

For all the strong brothers and sisters that grew and was taught to say “I’m fine” no matter what you faced or your environment. You blocking out that emotional intelligence that’s being given out in today’s era, that you are going to need in the coming days. I’m not saying go out there and let people take advantage of you, I’m not saying be an open book. I’m saying start being aware of at least the word “I’m fine” when you are in moments where you really not, and express your self in a way that doesn’t jeopardize your integrity but still get your point across to the next person, that might be your guardian angel in the form of a stranger, platform, group session, you name it. This episode is a reminder! Again kindness to you all!
