    The Home Workout Gear I ACTUALLY Use (and even travel with)

    I'm a yoga teacher and I left my yoga mat at home.Here's what I packed instead. And why.  I'm driving to California for a week to teach. That means 8 hours in the car with my 16-week Border Collie, Goose. Everything he needs. Everything I need. Plus a projector, a skeleton for the training, a tote with kitchen gear. Space got limited. But I still wanted to work out.
