    The Power of Affirmations

    The positive power of affirmations! We are all pretty good at negative self talk, but what if you already have these "I AM..." affirmations ready to take you out of that negativity. The more you use "I AM..." affirmations the more you succeed, the happier you are, and you truly start believing it to be true. You start to glow differently and people do take notice.

    October Life Update

    Just giving a quick update after being away for practically a month. I needed the break and it was AMAZING! I highly recommend taking a social media break, make it as long or as short as you want, but you will feel so much better doing it.
