    Ep 4: Spiritual Awakening and the 5 stages of grief

    Dark night of the soul, Ego death, etc... I wanted to bring some on light on some fancy words and expression that explain a stage of the awakening process. Awakening includes leaving behind an hold self and this is not always easy. In the pursue to Happiness and Bliss we need to welcome sadness, anger and loneliness. In this episode I go through the 5 stages of grief that an individual or a collective will go through as it evolves and grow out of the old self. It can affect us but WE always have the choice to respond from the heart or react from the conditioned mind.
