Hello! I'm so glad you're here. This is my first rodeo in the podcast world and I am nervously excited to be stepping into all the unknowns with you! After years of people pleasing, codependency and going through divorce, two of the greatest learnings in my growth journey has been how to be present and take accountability for the life I'm desiring to create for myself. She talks about her journey moving from living in someone else’s truth to discovering and navigating her own.  Growing up as a people pleaser, life was constantly about making everyone else happy.
