    Navigating Fear

    Today we felt it was very important to discuss the topic of Navigating Fear.  We live in very interesting times, and it's more important than ever to understand how powerful you are, know your power and to use it wisely.  There are uncertainties all around us and can have the possibility at coming at us from all angles.  So ask yourself, what grounds you? what foundations do you have in place to keep yourself focussed, prepared and be in a solution based mindset, while being aware of your energy and how you operate.  If you are aware of it or not, the powers that be love to keep us in fear to have us more easily controlled. Regardless of what you are facing, find ways you can use these circumstances to grow, prepare and come together with the community around you.  We don't encourage you to ignore your surroundings and do nothing, however we encourage you to use it to think smarter, pull from your resources and really start to becoming conscious of the world you live in.  1. What community can you plug into? 2. What decisions can you make today to prepare for a few weeks/months ahead.  3. How can I rely more on myself, up-skill and not just rely the mainstream system. How can you train your mind, brain and soul to break out of this 5 sense reality to embody what you are truly capable of?  Perhaps it's meditation, movement, sounds, connecting conversations, community, good foods, clean water and positive dialogue.
