    Ep 73: America's Next Top Mess

    Better late than never - but the ladies are back and serving opinions with an edge.  First up, Kiah and CC tease next week’s first guest (and yes, you should be excited), and they drag Netflix’s docuseries Reality Check for reopening the cursed ANTM vault and call out the Bravo stars who are currently exhausting them — talking about you Salley, Kyle, and anyone else allergic to accountability. Then the girls unpack the viral TikTok engagement between a woman and the man she’s known for six weeks… who just finished a 13‑year prison sentence. Finally, they show their patriotic side while discussing the Winter Olympic sports they suddenly care about. If they handed out gold medals for messiness, these two would be at the top of the leaderboard. Enjoy!

    Kiah’s back from an Arizona wedding with stories of love, and CC is coming in hot post therapy session. So, they're on brand as usual. From there, they dive straight into the Super Bowl circus: commercials that should’ve been focus‑grouped into oblivion, Bad Bunny doing the most (in the best way possible), and TPUSA doing… whatever the f**k that was. Then the girls touch on the Grammys with their unfiltered reactions, skim the latest chaos from the Epstein files, and process Spencer Pratt announcing he’s running for Mayor of LA like it’s a deleted scene from The Hills. Then they wrap up with a Bravo lightning round: Southern Charm’s Peter Pan Syndrome, RHOBH’s diamond‑polished delusion, Summer House’s seasonal dysfunction, RHOP’s shifting alliances, and RHOSLC’s ongoing holy war in the snow.     Ep 71: Men, Please Do Less

    Kiah & CC are back and are collectively annoyed with men. If you are one of our male listeners, proceed with caution this week. This week, the girls come in hot with a full spiral through the ICE chaos unfolding in Minneapolis — spoiler: it's still infuriating and tragic. CC then bravely revisits the Green Bay Packer fan discourse after getting absolutely torched for her comments last week and follows it up by gently walking back her once‑glowing endorsement of the Empty Netters Podcast. Growth is real. From there, it’s straight into pop‑culture chaos as they share their early takes on the new season of The Traitors, before ripping apart a Daily Mail article outlining the beauty trends women do that men hate — an article that somehow manages to be both hilarious and deeply unserious.  And to round it all out, the girls dive into the latest chapter of the Brooklyn Beckham family drama, because the universe insists on keeping that storyline alive. It’s messy, it’s opinionated, it’s a rollercoaster — in other words, it’s Pretty Little Opinions at its finest.

    January has these bitches in a full‑blown seasonal slump, so they do what any emotionally responsible adults would do: crack open freshly developed wedding‑bus photos from Kiah' Vegas wedding, and relive the only serotonin spike they’ve had since New Year’s. From there, things take a sharp turn as they unpack the horrifying killing of Renee Good by an ICE officer in Minneapolis and the conversations it’s forcing across the country. Then it’s whiplash into sports chaos as they break down the internet’s favorite Chicago Bears Super Bowl theory, debate who they’re emotionally stable enough to root for this postseason, and finally they gush over the cultural phenomenon that is Heated Rivalry. Spoiler alert: CC is OBSESSED. This week is a little heavy, a little unhinged, and very on brand for two women trying to survive the longest month of the year. Hope you enjoy the episode!

    The ladies are officially kicking off 2026 with a quick but necessary friendly reminder of what this podcast is — and what it absolutely is not. Consider it housekeeping, boundary-setting, and a gentle reset for anyone who may be confused. From there, CC shares the moment she accidentally discovered TikTok’s “filtered messages” folder and reads aloud one of the most aggressive messages she’s received to date — yikes. Kiah recounts an unsettling MAGA interaction at the dollar store, reminding us that no public space is safe and no errand is ever neutral. They also touch on the situation in Venezuela, the misinformation swirling around it, and the Minnesota daycare drama that spun WAY out of control.
