    Today we are talking with our friend Jocelyn who is a Grief Recovery Specialist and Trainer with the Grief Recovery Institute, which offers the evidence-based Grief Recovery Method as an approach for healing from losses. Jocelyn shares with us wisdom, expertise, and her own personal experiences related to loss, grief, misconceptions about grieving, harmful spiritual bypassing, and how unresolved pain shows up in our lives.
