Practical Advice that makes sense

I have listened to Primal Potential podcast & E.B. the past several years & I'm always learning something new. Whether she’s talking about exercise, eating right, protein powder, strength, training, red light therapy, it is always helpful & practical advice. E.B. Is very knowledgeable and I can always count on her doing the research and knowing what she is talking about.

Great podcast

I can't remember what made me get her book and was loving it and she mentioned her podcast ... so went to check it out. I love her words of wisdom.. it's exactly what I need. I am definitely someone who gets lost in trying to get all the info and less on the action. She has definitely helped me kick it up. I listen to it every morning on my way to work.
