Getting Beyond Emotions and Behaviors

I love Mike Foster’s Primal Question framework, and he does an excellent job drawing out how these underlying questions drive the emotions and behaviors we all experience in real life. His guests are honest and vulnerable about their primal questions, including how they scramble to get them answered with a “yes”. Looking forward to more episodes.

Self-Centered Makes it Worse

Sorry to say, where things could be helpful for those lacking direction, the views just make it so self-serving and focused that it belittles everyone else and detracts from already obtained accomplishments and ongoing efforts.

There’s nuggets to be found, but they’re mixed with impurities upon delivery.
