Why did I start this project, workout plan, routine anyway? I think asking yourself that question helps you to understand your intentions, and for me understanding my intention helps me to realign.

    Emotional intelligence

    We sometimes let our emotions control us, often times sabotaging the things we worked hard for. Some of us are emotionally unstable including myself at times. But this is a working progress. Make sure you are processing your emotions and not putting them to the side or letting them bottle up because you are scared to be vulnerable. Express yourself, evaluate your traumas, don’t ignore them if you do they may arise at the wrong place and time.
