    This is a quick tie into episode 3 - going over some of the responses I got from the last episode and questions I asked on my Instagram ; this episode is one of the first of many that I talk about S.E.X and relationships. I dive into and cover some of the stigmas behind kinks & taboo sex within various relationship types & how a lot of people have a hard time talking about sex honestly with their partner or significant other. A little bit about how I manage my own sexual comfort and mainly about how it’s just important to be HONEST and OPEN and stop making sex such an awkward conversation to have! Sex it up!     This episode dives into the topic of Mental Health and how I suffer / survive on a day-day basis. As well as how I manage and basically cope with life in general, this is a super important topic to me and I will continue to talk about it frequently in the future and want you all to feel like I am someone you can come to with any questions / advice related needs! We all have imbalances and struggles we deal with.. “Hey Alexa play Nobody’s Perfect by Hannah Montana” .. In this episode I also bounce around and just catch you up on what I’ve been doing lately and how excited I am for Halloween ONLY.
