    55: Kindergarten Eve

    Allison & Brian's 4.99 year old is starting kindergarten in 2 days and they have a lot of feelings about it.. They tell the tale of having to shelter in place during a tornado warning during "meet the teacher" at the new school. Also included...a story about an embarrassing encounter with a neighbor and a new parenting technique involving bullying your own child. It's probably OK!

    54: Parenting HOT TAKES

    We heard last week's episode was a snoozer...so we tried to spice this one up a bit. We discussed some parenting hot takes (thanks for some listeners for entries!), a pretty shameful combined parenting confession, the quality of our neighborhood pool snack shack, and our 4.5 year old starting swim lessons with a 12 year old "teacher." It's Probably OK!

They share what strange details their child is divulging to the preschool teacher, why another mom gave Allison an obscene gesture, and the story of Allison getting into a verbal altercation with another mom in the preschool drop off line.     49: Is Mick Jagger your dad?

    Well folks- we're summing up a summer of parenting fun in this episode. Travel adventures, trips to urgent care, parenting confessions, playdates, roller coasters (both of the emotional variety and the amusement park variety) are all discussed at length. This episode ends with a particularly upsetting story, but otherwise, it's just us laughing our way through doing our best raising our FOUR year old. Grilabit!

    48: The Juice is Loose

    Well folks, this one has it all. Allison & Brian grapple with many issues as they try to set rules for their toddler---especially when they differ from the rules of his friends' families. We've got many parent confessions (some more serious than others--Brian's got a BIG one!) and a big disagreement over sharing sunscreen (we need your input!), a rare satellite segment , discussion over whether it's appropriate to wear a g-string bikini to the tot pool with your child, cringe moments with other parents at a birthday party, attempts to try to limit our toddler's sugar intake and more. Obviously, there is much tomfoolery included. Listen NOW! #itsprobablyOK
