Life is full of adventure, mistries, happiness, joy, sarrow, pains, up and down.How to react with the situation is depend upon the attitudes towards perceiving the situation.If the situation is for success, we accept with warm heart and fill ourselves with joy and happiness and if the situation is bitter or bad, we felt disheartened, panic, sadden and frustrated.Think why it happens so. Problem cannot be removed automatically but one should resolve it. Some of the problem resolve with the passage of time and some needs an urgent attention. It depends on attidue how we handle the problem.if we think is bigger than us, than problem kills us whereas if we think problem is smaller than us, if think for solution and work on it. The cool, calm and settled mind work much faster and effective than frustrated, panic and full of anger. So whenever you are facing any problem, first accept it and try to resolve it. For resolution of problems follow three steps viz gather the information about problem, think of alternative solutions and choose the best solutions which suit your condition/ situation at that time.
