Why do you actually want it? Most people know what they want. They want to lose weight, build muscle, feel more confident, compete, win, earn a pro card, stop restarting, or simply feel better in themselves. And there is nothing wrong with any of that. But knowing what you want is only the first layer. The deeper question is why. Why does it matter? Why now? And are you connected enough to that reason to actually live through the process required to get there? In this episode, I share how my own fitness journey started with confidence, not feeling like I looked my age, and wanting to feel different in myself. Over time, training became more than just a way to change my body. It became part of my identity, my standards, my discipline, and the way I showed up in life. I also talk about competing, and why for me, it has always been about seeing what I am capable of. The trophies, placings and outcomes matter, but the deeper reason is the pursuit, the process, and finding out what level I can reach when I commit to something fully.
