Numerical Methods and Its applications- Unit 1- Error
There are certain mathematical problems which can not be solved by direct methods i.e. analytical method so one has to use numerical methods. As these methods give approximate solution to the problem there is gap between true solution and approximate solution. This difference between true and approximate solution is called an error.
