20 things i've learned at 20

What I've learned before Im turning 21 :) Stop searching for validations from people around instead start to believe in yourself It's okay to take a break, rest for a little bit, cause life isnt about productivity competitions. Spending more time with your friends is worth it if they can give positive feedback for you, if you find them toxic enough for your life then leave them. People come and go, losing them doesn't make you look less attractive, you will find someone that can genuinely help you to grow and accept the way you are. Act without expectations, do it of you want to Spend your time wisely, you can make your own money but you can never make time. Small progress is still a progress, sometime we got distracted by how far people make progress but at the end of the day, a great outcome always start with a small progress Dress up everyday, even tho you only have few of clothes on your wardrobe, but make sure that every day you look nice for yourself cause it can boost your confident Fail as often as you can, make yourself hurt and then learn from it. Try something new as much as you can, and explore the things you’ve never heard or touched before. Don't listen to what people think about you, we can be everything we want. Make every sec worth living, and be grateful with what u have. SLEEP, pleasee i beg you to sleepppp You’ll end up liking the things that scare you the most. People always change, and it's not a bad thing. No one actually knows what they’re doing, you are not alone. Life with no regrets, and stop haunted by your past Healthier food tastes better when you get older:) Read more book, and start to limit your social media You are not missing out, you just start with a different timeline than others, and that's okay.

What I learned through The Malala Project (International Day of Disabilities)

di episode kali ini aku bakalan bahas tentang pengalaman aku mengajar anak-anak disabilitas di SLBN Cileunyi dan juga banyak hal berkaitan dengan penyandang disabilitas lainnya. notes: I'm not from the psychology major or anything that related to education, jadi kalau aku ada salah atau sedikit sotoy (bnyk sotoy sih kyknya wkkw) I'm sorry hehehe.
